Black Sand Beach Trail (Playa Negra)

.5mi. one way; Parking area across street from Oro Gallery (west of Esperanza)

20 min. walk one way to a beautiful black sand beach with semi protected cove

and sandy bottom.

Recommend sneakers or hiking sandals that can get wet

Flat, sandy path. In rainy season water may be ankle deep on trail.

Trail is located on land managed by the Puerto Rico Dept. of Nat. Resources
