Saturday, Feb 27, 2021 nine volunteers worked two hours each to collect approximately 200 pounds of marine trash and picnic refuse. Items recovered include fishing nets and ropes, plywood, tires, cigarette butts and glass bottles. Thank you, volunteers, for your efforts!
We encourage all visitors to pack out what you bring with you to the beach, especially if any trash cans provided are full.
